PCB Designer
  Specific duties of the PCB DESIGNER include printed circuit board layout of multilayer, mixed signal, impedance-controlled, PCB designs.

* PCB layout experience with Expedition, PADS or PCAD
* Schematic experience with Viewlogic or DxDesigner
* CAM350
* Cadence Allegro Specctra Autorouter
* Hyperlynx
* IPC Library Standards

Must have 5+ years PCB Design experience using Expedition, PADS or PCAD.

Sr. Applications Engineer
 
Job sites in San Jose and Carlsbad, CA

Responsible for the development of applications solutions for providing technical applications support to customers and company's engineering group
and for the design of hardware and software for test systems. Involved in working with sales group on technical applications. Will oversee the
applications which are being integrated into company systems for semiconductor test equipment, including, but not limited to, the incorporation of
high performance time and jitter measurement capability.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field plus coursework in circuit analysis and VLSI/ASIC design;
2 yrs experience in position offered or as a Product/Test Engineer, including debugging of on-going reliability test failures, use of AC and DC
analysis with analog and digital communication theories; develop and maintain test programs and DSP components; provide support to
QA and manufacturing.

Mixed Signal Design Engineer
  The Mixed Signal Design Engineer will conceive, design, analyze, simulate, test and debug complex board-level mixed signal instrumentation modules including Analog Sources, Measurement Instruments and Digital Stimulus Instruments.

Skills and Knowledge:
*Signal conditioning
*Design of interface electronics for high-performance data conversion
*Circuit design using discrete semiconductors
*Analysis and synthesis of closed-loop control systems
*Xilinx Digital Design using Verilog with ModelSim/Synplicity Tools
*Schematic and Netlist creation using DxDesigner/Viewlogic
*PCB layout for mixed-signal circuits using Expedition, PADS and/or PCAD with Specctra Router
*Signal Integrity verification with HyperLynx
*Bench and system-level integration/debug/troubleshooting
*Coding and debug of C++ Drivers for instruments
*Experience designing Mixed Signal Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)

Education and Experience:
*BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering
*3+ years demonstrated design and debug skills in analog electronics design, analysis, simulation, test and debug

Test Engineer
  TEST ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN will have the following responsibilities:

Test & Repair Modules:
Maintain Records/Documentation.
Trouble-shoot circuit boards to the component level
Calibrate, verify for functionality and perform quality
verification.
Setup and use Corelis JTAG Tools

Assemble modules and instruments:
Fabrication and modification of electronics
Install system software
Integration of new and refurbish systems
Assemble modules and instruments (OEM) into completed systems
Install system software
Documentation maintenance and record keeping
Provide customer technical support
Provide training to co-workers
Develop test procedures

Technical Requirements and Experience:
Ability to read and understand C programming language, C++
preferred
Knowledge of Analog and Digital Circuitry
Component Level debugging of complex circuits
Ability to use oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers and other analyzing tools
Strong soldering skills
Mechanical aptitude
Good organization skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient in using documentation, procedures, schematics,
diagrams, production prints and layouts
3+ years experience in test engineering environment
BSEE a plus
