• KVD M1e Fabless configured test system - a full test platfrom without the production material overhead. Setup for single site, this is a great alternative to purchasing a complete test system that is typically configured for parallel test. This includes:
  • 10 slot test head with interface and father card
  • PC with KVD M Series software
  • Power supply
  • Calibration Meter
  • Your selection of up to 9 instruments - we have configurations that support Linear, Power Management and Mixed Signal devices
  • It does NOT include the following production based items : Manipulator, docking hardware, handler / prober / laser option, probe tower
