Instrumentation

The M Series test systems can be configured for testing different products by selecting the appropriate instrument modules from the following list:

DC Instrumentation :

• MPDCMOD 8 programmable medium-power, 4-quadrant, voltage/current sources; high-speed voltage/current meter; user differential voltmeter. Ground sense per board for multi-site.

• HPDCMOD 2 programmable high-power, 4-quadrant voltage/current sources. Designed to make accurate forcing and measurement of voltage/current with 16-bit resolution; Ground sense per board for multi-site.

• RMX Relay Switching Matrix expands flexibility, allowing easy access to system resources and external instrumentation of force and measurement functions.

AC Instrumentation :

• PWS Precision Audio Waveform Synthesizer with Dual 24 Bit DAC channels, filters and DSP Processor

• QUVM Precision Quad Audio Digitizer with four 24 Bit channels, 32K memory per CH, LP filters and LVDS link for DSP

Digital Instrumentation :

• DIGMOD Digital module offering 100MHz rates with 16MB vector and capture/send memories. 512 fail locations. Sequencer supporting complex operations. PMU per pin. TMU access per pin. Super voltage mode for OTP and fuse blowing. Offered with 16 or 32 channels.

• DSPIO Digital module with 20MHz sequencer, pattern memory, and separate send/capture DSP with memory.

• TMU Time Measurement Unit allows high-resolution measurement of time interval and frequency. Any combinations of analog or digital start/stop triggering is possible. The TMU is fully integrated, allowing any digital channel to be connected at any time.
