Engineering and Characterization Solutions

The M Series testers can be configured as an engineering workstation for test program development and device characterization. We remove much of the production based electrical and mechanical assemblies which provides a low cost platform for:

• Engineering labs
• Failure analysis and Quality analysis
• Production and characterization engineering
• Fabless and start up environments
• Technical schools and universities

The system can be configured with all standard M Series instrumentation, but cannot be interfaced to handlers or probers.
