KVD Software Environment

The KVD M Series software was designed to be easy to use, quick to make changes and provide plenty of feedback to the user. The system is PC based, using WIN Xp and a C++ compiler. Test programs are a combination of simple files that set up sites, limits, bins and resources. The KVD Apps Wizard accelerates this process and guides users to writing code within minutes. A powerful suite of tools helps make edits and provide valuable feedback during test program debugging. The production environment is easily plugged into a factory networking environment and is easy to setup for operators.

Once the user has added their C++ code to control the instruments, many tools are available to the user for debugging.

KVD DSP Tool - Create, capture and analyze AC waveforms

KVD Real Time Interface Tool - watch and edit instrument parameters at any point in the program

KVD Data Analysis - real time statistical processing with per site summaries, statistics, histograms and ascii datalog files

KVD Pattern Editor and Logic Analyzer - real time digital debug, edit and monitoring i.e.: I2C, SMbus, SPI, SCAN and OTP
