KVD, founded in 1987, is a leading supplier of automated test and measurement equipment to semiconductor IC manufacturers. Our products enable customers to deliver better quality products, reduce production costs while maintaining higher degrees of test coverage and overall yield.

Management

Veets Veitas - CEO

Mr. Veitas is a Partner and Founder of KVD.  Prior to founding KVD in 1987, he was an Applications Engineer with Axiom Technology and LTX working on Telecom and Mixed Signal test solutions. He holds a BSEE from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Peter E. deHollan - President

Mr. deHollan is a Partner and Founder of KVD.  Prior to founding KVD in 1987, he was a founder and Manager of Applications Engineering with Axiom Technology, later sold to Credence. Prior to Axiom he held various engineering and marketing management positions at LTX. Before LTX he worked at Teradyne where he began his engineering career; first under a work study program, then after graduation, as a design engineer in the linear product group. He holds a BSEE from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.


Aurel deHollan - Chief Scientist

Mr. deHollan is a Partner of KVD since 1994. His activities focus on testing opto-electronic devices and development of low cost testers. Prior to KVD, he has worked at Digital Equipment Corporation developing object oriented databases. He holds BA and MA degrees in physics from Harvard University, Boston, MA.

Dan Hicks - Director of Engineering

Mr. Hicks has been with KVD since 1998, and has over 15 years of engineering experience. Prior to KVD, Mr. Hicks was at the Los Alamos National Laboratory designing radiation detectors for the nuclear non proliferation group. Mr. Hicks is a Major in the United States Army Reserves, and holds a MSEE from the University of California, San Diego, CA and a BSEE from Gonzaga University, WA.
